Terms of service
Last updated 18 October 2026.
Who we are
This website, quanta.co.com, is run by Quanta Creative Machines, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Quanta", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you use this site and when you pay Quanta for a service. By doing either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy from us.
Using this site
You may read this site, share links to it and contact us through it. You may not use it to break the law, to send spam or harmful code, to try to get into systems or data that are not yours, or to put a load on it that gets in the way of other people using it.
What you send us through a form or by email should be true and yours to send. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The text, images, video, design, names and marks on this site belong to Quanta or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, republish or sell them, or use the Quanta name or marks in a way that suggests we are connected to you, without our written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine.
For paid work, who owns what is set out in the proposal, order or agreement for that work. Unless that document says otherwise, you own the final deliverables once you have paid for them in full, and Quanta keeps its own tools, methods, templates and anything it made before or outside the work.
Paid services
Before you pay, we agree the scope, price, currency and timing of the work in writing, through a proposal, an order, an invoice or a separate agreement. If that document and these terms disagree, that document wins on that point.
Prices are as stated in that document. Unless it says they include tax, any applicable sales tax, VAT or similar is added on top.
Payments through Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, your card or bank details go to Stripe, not to us, and Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment. Your payment appears on your statement under Quanta’s name.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause the work until it is settled.
Refunds and disputes
If something is wrong with a payment or with the work, write to info@quanta.co.com first. Include the date, the amount and what happened. We reply within five business days and try to put it right directly.
Refunds follow the document you agreed for that work. Where it says nothing, you can cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once work has started, we refund the part of the price that covers work not yet done. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most problems are resolved faster that way, and you keep that right either way.
Disclaimers
This site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it is free of errors, always available or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing on this site is professional, legal or financial advice.
For paid work, we stand behind what we agree to deliver in the document for that work. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Quanta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from this site or our services.
Our total liability for any claim connected to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim. For use of this site alone, where nothing was paid, it is limited to 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking it through goes to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, this page changes and carries a new date at the top. The terms in force when you paid for a service continue to apply to that service.
